Be sure to utilize the client portal wisely when communicating throughout the process. If it's not absolutely necessary, be patient and wait for the team to provide next steps instead of reaching out frequently to them, as you will be billed for these instances. To avoid any unnecessary charges, wait for them to reach out to you. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Sarah Robbins to anyone looking for a professional pro!

Kelly Turner is a beast and an angel. She has alone made my experience with this law firm good and working with her has been very pleasant. She communicates well and listens to what the client needs and does what is asked of her. Can't say much about Mark specifically as we only spoke the day he sold me on his law firm. I would say he is a foot turner and a fee chaser in the end, but he is a good attorney and a good man to my knowledge. If anything request Kelly to be your paralegal and only interact with him in dire need. Because he will bill you for forwarding emails you already received and just to look at your trust fund and bill if you owe money. But mainly Kelly is a saint and redeems all of those things in the end. Still gave 5 stars, so it wasn't all that bad on Mark's end and like I've already said, Kelly is a true hero.

I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Mark Childress as your attorney. Mark worked quickly to ensure our children stayed with us during our CPS case. UPDATE: I was disappointed by my initial experience, specifically with the lack of communication. However, my experience has changed, and so has my opinion. Communication has made the biggest difference. The team has updated me on the state of my case, answered questions that I had, and so far they seem to be working towards my desired outcome. I am feeling better about my decision to go with this firm.
