Kelly Turner is a beast and an angel. She has alone made my experience with this law firm good and working with her has been very pleasant. She communicates well and listens to what the client needs and does what is asked of her. Can't say much about Mark specifically as we only spoke the day he sold me on his law firm. I would say he is a foot turner and a fee chaser in the end, but he is a good attorney and a good man to my knowledge. If anything request Kelly to be your paralegal and only interact with him in dire need. Because he will bill you for forwarding emails you already received and just to look at your trust fund and bill if you owe money. But mainly Kelly is a saint and redeems all of those things in the end. Still gave 5 stars, so it wasn't all that bad on Mark's end and like I've already said, Kelly is a true hero.

You don’t know me, but I would like to share my experience. I have spent the better part of the last decade fighting hard to remain in my only daughter's life. Following my divorce in 2010, which of course felt very one-sided, unfortunately, my greatest mistake was not having legal representation. Recently, just in the past few years, my daughter has identified a number of discrepancies with respect to my character that do not match what she has been told. While visiting with my side of the family, my daughter has seen with her own eyes how I act under pressure, behave when stressed, and my attitude when angry at the situation, when my family and I are all together. My daughter saw that I was not the villain or dangerous individual that I was believed to be. Just recently my daughter chose to move into our residence. My new wife and I, of course, had already discussed this possibility and had prepared in advance. The Law Office of Mark Childress and his team were able to get my wage withholdings for support stopped, the custody transferred to me, and set a small child support for me until my daughter graduates high school in just a few short months. I know if I had attempted to secure all these items without legal representation, I could still be waiting another year or more for finalization. The Law Office of Mark Childress worked as a team to provide me with the assistance I needed to complete all the legal paperwork that I personally would have been lost for months attempting on my own.
