Attorney Megan M. Weiershausen

Megan M. Weiershausen grew up in Aledo, Texas. After graduating high school, Attorney Weiershausen attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where she earned her B.S. in Political Science. During her undergraduate career, she was the president of her women’s organization and gained valuable leadership and public speaking experience.

Attorney Weiershausen obtained her J.D. at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. While in law school, she participated in the Texas A&M Family and Veterans Advocacy Clinic and volunteered as a student-attorney in the Tarrant County National Adoption Day. As a student attorney, she developed a passion for adoptions, leading her to recognize her passion and talent for helping those in need of legal counsel for child-related issues. This led Attorney Weiershausen to establish a career for herself as a successful family law attorney at the Law Offices of Mark M. Childress.

As a family lawyer, Megan enjoys the uniqueness and individuality of each case. She strives to ensure that her clients understand each stage of the legal process while helping clients transition into the next chapter of their lives, whether it be after a divorce, child custody dispute, or adoption case.

Outside of the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite pastimes include family dinners, game nights, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dog.
